What can be expected when it comes to general maintenance of a building or premises?

Here's sample of tasks done on a regular basis:
- Dry and wet mop all floors;
- Vacuum all rugs;
- All garbages to be emptied and cleaned;
- Mirrors, floors, urinals, toilets, showers and sinks in the bathrooms cleaned and disinfected;
- Frames, desks and counters dusted and cleaned;
- Computers (monitors), filing cabinets and telephone handsets dusted and cleaned as required;
- Cleaning stains on the walls;
- Removal of fingerprints on the front doors;
- Removal of fingerprints on all glass doors and partitions;
- Cleaning off stains on the microwaves, refrigerators and kitchen cabinets;
- Cleaning the tops of tables and chairs in the kitchen.
