Floor Scrubbing or Stripping and Waxing

A good stripping is critical to maintain the shine of the floor. It will remove the old finish and we will restore its shine by applying a high gloss wax of excellent quality. Where the location is accessible, the floor is polished at a high speed.
We use the high-speed method which involves a polishing pad with a high revolution of 2500 to 3500 turns / minute. The friction pad, when in contact with the vinyl tile, creates heat and causes a chemical reaction that melts the wax to the floor and gives it a glossy appearance called the 'wet look'. |

The method of scrubbing the floor at low speed, 175 revolutions / minute, removes the first layers of wax from the surface. This is done to replace the worn surface with a few coats of new wax. When your floor is regularly maintained in this way, it retains its gloss and appearance of cleanliness. It also reduces the need for stripping, making it much more cost effective.
